What Am I Going to Do?

In times of uncertainty and difficulty, we are called to stand firm in the truth we have learned. Drawing from 2 Timothy 3 and 4, this message confronts the reality that we live in perilous times where people are lovers of themselves, lovers of money, and lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God. Many have a form of godliness but deny its power, maintaining religious routines without genuine relationship with the Almighty. The challenge before us is clear: will we continue in what we have been taught, or will we let difficult circumstances dictate our faithfulness? We are reminded that from childhood, Scripture has the power to make us wise unto salvation, equipping us thoroughly for every good work. The charge is simple yet profound: preach the word, be ready in season and out of season, even when people gather teachers to tell them what their itching ears want to hear. Our mission does not change based on economic conditions, social division, or cultural hostility. Lost people are dying on their way to everlasting destruction, and we hold the only message that can redirect their eternal destiny. The gospel of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection remains the power of God unto salvation, and we must share it regardless of the response we receive.
